Graduate Development Framework – GDF
'GDF' is the graduate programme that offers training and development alongside on-the-job development. Graduates can use the opportunities of the GDF to develop their own networks across the UK business and where appropriate, will also be supported in gaining chartership.
BAE Systems have a large requirement for engineers; in particular, manufacturing & production, mechanical, electrical, systems, software, project management, microwave and quality. On the business side, they are looking for commercial, procurement, project management, sales & marketing and human resources.
